!!! ATTENTION for Daya Bay Users !!!

There are three steps for becoming a DayaBay user:
  1. Follow the registration instructions below on this page.
    After filling and submitting the form below, you will receive an email of Subject "How to activate your Daya Bay registration". Please click the link within the email to verify your registration. Then you will get another email to confirm your registration.
  2. Set an initial password for your account.
    By default, the previous registration will not set a password for you. You have to do it manually:
    • Go to the registration page (this page) again.
    • Click "reset" and follow instruction there to reset a password for your account.
    • You will get an email containing a new password. Then, please use the password to login.
      Some people found that they couldn't login with the new password. If so, please go to homepage and login again from there.
  3. Wait for assignment to an appropriate DayaBay group by hem@ihep.ac.cn, who will receive an email automatically upon your registration and will do it as soon as possible.

If you feel the steps boring, you can send an email to hem@ihep.ac.cn with information as required by the form below. He will create an account for you.

Registration

To edit pages on this TWikiSite, you must have a registered user name and password.

HELP Note: Registered users can change and reset their passwords.

Important: the information provided in this form will be stored in a database on the TWiki server. This database is accessible to anyone who can access the server through the web (though passwords will be encrypted, and e-mail addresses will be obfusticated to help prevent spamming). Your country, or the country where the server is hosted, may have Data Protection laws governing the maintenance of such databases. If you are in doubt, you should contact hem@ihep.ac.cn for details of the Data Protection Policy of this TWiki server before registering.

To register as a new user, simply fill out this form:

When Daya Bay receives the form, it will mail an account activation code to the e-mail address you gave above. Enter that activation code in the following screen, or follow the link in the e-mail, to activate your account. Once your account is activated, Daya Bay will:
  • Finish creating an account for you, so that you can start editing pages using your WikiName.
  • Create your personal Daya Bay topic using your WikiName as topic name, and add the data you submitted to the topic.
  • Add your name to the list of users in the TWikiUsers topic in the Public web.
  • Send you a confirmation of your registration by e-mail.
Once registered you can login using your LoginName and password.
