Everybody understands just what a calorie is -- and everybody knows the easiest way to lose weight would be to begin eating fewer calories each day. Right?

It may seem like a contradiction to suggest that eating more often is the response to getting slimmer, in truth the idea of eating more often will be the only method to speed up weight loss.

Everybody understands what a calorie is -- and everyone knows that the easiest way to lose excess weight is to start eating fewer calories each day. Right?

Well, not fast...

The issue with this specific thought process is the body doesn't burn calories predicated on a 24-hour day. In fact, the 24 hour day is simply an arbitrary period of time, and it has no bearing on how the human body burns calories.

You see, the body burns calories in real time -- or quite simply it burns calories as you consume them (it does not burn calories based on a 24-hour day).

Which means that your daily calorie consumption is practically incomprehensible when viewed all by itself.

For case, lets have a typical person who skips breakfast, but who then takes 900 calories for lunch, 900 calories for supper and 300 calories for a late-night snack for an overall total of 2,100 calories each day.

That individual incorrectly believes that their in-take of 2,100 calories per day is the deciding factor in if they lose weight or not however in reality the deciding factor is something completely different...

The determining factor lies in exactly how many calories they eat per meal.

For instance, if that same dieter got those 2,100 calories per day and split them equally into 6 meals (350 calories for 6 meals = 2,100 calories) -- then their human body would be how to lose weight fastest able to burn up much more of those daily calories throughout the day.

Therefore, the person could really increase their fat loss results when they did this.

Why is this true?

Basic, because your body burns calories as you eat them, and if you give your body a lot of calories at any single sitting then a extra calories from that sitting cannot get burned and might wind-up stored as fat tissue.

But, if you eat fewer calories per sitting then your body includes a better opportunity to burn up all of those calories, and if it burns all of the calories at any given meal then your body is going to be required to start burning saved fat tissue for any extra energy that it might need before your next meal (which equals fat loss for the dieter).

Therefore if you eat less calories per meal but boost the number of meals throughout the day, then you may begin losing more weight while still eating the exact same number of calories per day (youll only be carrying it out via a greater number of meals each day).

So when a dieter uses this method of dieting the calories consumed each day would be the same, yet somehow the individuals body would be capable of more effectively burn those calories over a per meal base and hence the dieter will lose more weight each day.
