The Idea of a how to level in WOW at first might seam a bit tacky. Who actually needs a guide showing you how to play a game...especially a game as straightforward as Warcraft? It is not rocket-science after all...or is it.

No it isn't rocket science...but at times the World of Warcraft could be a very convoluted place filled with many wonders and yes at some times even headaches. I have been playing for quite some time now and I can attest to the huge enjoyment I have had playing with friends and family, discussing strategy and meeting people from all over the entire world With no doubt questing is the preferred system of leveling as you realize two things.

1. You get substantial amounts of expertise for completing quests which could range from killing 10 monsters, to talking to 10 people, to juggling fire batons during specific holidays. Definitely better than grinding, questing really has a spot.

2. You will get awesome weapons, armour, trinkets, etc, etc. Most characters are just as good as their gear and many equipment worth wearing is acquired through quests.

The disadvantage of questing is that it does need some planning; well it will if you desire to do it efficiently. Through this I mean questing in a zone allowing yourself to complete several quests within a place as opposed to finishing them one-by-one. This can be equally as tedious as grinding if you find yourself completing a quest then recognizing that had you gone another 10 feet you could have finished 2 more quests. Oh the innumerable times I've been questing and gone to submit a quest then come to understand the next quest on my own list was right next to the quest I had just completed. Now my time to complete both quest doubled and the number of experience each hour had gone entirely out the window as well as my keyboard.

Below is a modest record of crucial things to consider while choosing what lead you need to purchase... I shall say purchase because without doubt the guides you must purchase are worth 10 times what free guides are while the writers usually have taken some time to do the work right. Top what to consider in a levelling guide for WOW.

1. Upgrades. Warcraft is an ever expanding sport. New patches, new quests, alteration to quests, different dynamics in the game, different zones and examples, the list goes on and on. If you're buying a guide you want to make sure the guide remains current. Many WOW guides are simply one-time creation efforts which never change.

2. Ease of use. Many people do not really recognize that 80% of the guides available are simple eBooks with pictures and words. Though lots of these are updated regularly and supply great tips they're like antiques. In this day and age if your guide doesn't interface with WOW then you're actually just sitting on a book. Interface...by this I mean does your manual socialize with WOW? Or do you have to stop your gaming and change screens to read a 2 page synopsis of a quest course? Sounds like fun right? No. Ensure your guide has "addon" capabilities. An accessory is a program that sits atop your WOW interface and allows you to access the guide inside the game...rather than having to switch between displays.

3. Effective. So your manual is updated often and it ahs the add-on features, but is it effective. Have your own quest routes been optimized? Are you really getting the best out of your own guide for whatever you have paid? The only real way to analyze this is by using a pretty normal benchmark of leveling to 70 in 6.5 days play time. In case your guide can not do it you then have the WRONG guide Click This Link.
