Daya Bay Collaboration meeting held in Beijing, Feb. 13-15, 2006. The collaboration extended to have about 90 collaborators from 20 institutes. About 60 presented at this meeting. The collaboration elected Yifang Wang and Kam-Biu Luk as spokesperson. During the meeting, participants visited the prototype of the Daya Bay neutrino detector and the BES-III detector construction site and laboritories. Some visited the Daya Bay site in Shen Zhen after the meeting.
